FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
CANCELLATION POLICY (excluding rental):
If you wish to cancel your reservation please do so at least 7 days before the day of your arrival. Less than 7 days, you will be charged for one nights stay. There will be NO refund issued for early departures or for inclement weather.

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewellery or valuables of any kind.
If any damage/mess to the site upon leaving is noted, there will be a damage charge of a $200, dependant on cost of clean up and repair. This will automatically be put on your credit card.
Refunds are not given unless previously discussed with management and an arrangement was made. No refunds given for early departures, inclement weather, or if asked to remove yourself from the campground.
All rules and policies must be adhered to in the same manner as a seasonal camper. Payment is required on the 1st day of your stay and each 30 days after. If payment is by credit card, a 4% convenience fee will apply.
